1 c. strips cooked chicken or steak
1 c. shredded Montery Jack (or other) cheese
1/2 c. ranch dressing
1/4 c. diced green chiles, rinsed/drained
4 (9 inch) flour tortillas, heated
toppings such as: salsa, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, etc. - opt.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, cheese, dressing and chiles in a medium bowl. Place about 1/4 of the meat mixture on each tortilla; fold in half to seal. Place quesadillason a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or till cheese is melted. Garnish with toppings as desired.
