3 Carrots, sliced
3 Potatoes, diced
2 lbs Beef Chuck or Stew Meat, cut into 1 1/2" Cubes
2 c. Beef Broth
1 t Warcestershire Sauce
1 Clove Garlic
1 Bay Leaf
Salt to Taste
1/2 t Pepper
1 t Paprika
3 Onions, quartered
1 Stalk Celery with tops, cut up
2 t Kitchen Bouquet

Put all ingredients in CROCK-POT. Stir to mix well. Cover and cook on Low 10 to 12 hours. (High: 4 to 5 hours).
