3 egg yolks
4 teaspoons cream of tartar
2 cans fat free condensed milk
2/3 cup key lime juice (preferably fresh)
1 graham cracker pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour in graham cracker pie shell. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes to "set". Refrigerate after for 2 hours.
