6 c. Yellow Summer Squash
1/4 c Chopped Onion
1 t Salt
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 c. Sour Cream
1 c. Shredded carrots
8 oz Pkg Stufing Mix
1/2 c. Melted Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash, onion, and salt in smll amount of water until tender. About 5 minutes after water boils. Drain. Combine soup with sour cream and carrot; fold gently into squash. Toss stuffing mix with melted butter. T
To assemble casserole; spoon 1/2 of stuffing mixture over bottom of greased 11 x 7 x 2" baking dish, top with squash then sprinkle remaining stuffing over top.
Bake 350 25 to 30 minutes
