4 Eggs, Beaten
2/3 c. Safflower Oil
1/2 c. Honey
1/4 t Grated Vanilla Bean
1 c. Carob Powder
1/2 c. Whole Wheat Flour
1 t Baking Powder
1/2 t Salt
3/4 c. Nut Flour (Raw Nuts Ground to Flour)
1/2 c. Chopped Nuts

With wire whisk, crea together eggs, oil, honey and vanilla. Sift together carob flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Stif into nut flour and chopped nuts. Pour into a buttered 9" pan. Bake 325º for 25 to 30 minutes
