1 Small Onion
1 t Salt & Pepper
1/2 c. Tomato Juice
1/2 t Chili Powder
1/2 t Nutmeg
1 Can Tomato Soup
1 T Sugar

Brown beef. Add remaining ingredients and simmer. Sprinkle with flour if too juicy.
