Ingredients:  
1/4 c water
1 tbsp dried basil leaves
1/4 c margarine
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 c finely chopped parsely
2 oz parmesan cheese
8 oz cooked spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water with basil, let sit 30 min. Heat margarine & garlic until melted. Remove from heat. Wisk in basil mixture, lemon juice, parsley & cheese. Toss with hot cook spaghetti & serve.
