1/2 c. Noodles 1 T Chopped Onion 1/3 c. Rice (uncooked) 3 T Margarine 1 Chicken Boullion Cube 18 oz Frozen Mixed Vegetables
Cook rice, onion and noodles in margarine for 5-10 minutes stirring frequiently. Add 1 cup water, chicken boullion cube, vegetables and 1/4 t salt. Bring to a boil, stirring. Reduce heat cover and cook slowly for 20 minutes.
