2# ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
2 green pepper, chopped
1 cup water
1 28 oz canned tomatoes
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
2 1/2 t chili powder
2 1/2 t salt
2 t worchestershire sauce
1 cup rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat. Put all ingredients in crock pot. Stir and cover. Cook on Low 6-8 hours or High for 3 hours.
