2 cans of asparagus spears
2 hard boiled eggs sliced
Cheddar cheese
1 T Flour
1 T Butter
Crackers of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Drain asparagus and retain the liquid.

For the white sauce I melt the butter, stir in flour, add asparagus liquid until sauce is creamy. Add cheese.

Layer the ingredients in buttered casserole dish.
Begin with asparagus, eggs, sauce, then asparagus, eggs, sauce and top with cracker crumbs.

Bake until bubbly and crackers are toasted, about 30 minutes.
