Chicken breasts, quantity as desired
2-4 sprigs rosemary
olive oil
salt and pepper, as preferred

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a large skillet.

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and brown each side of
breasts. Remove breasts from heat. Add 2 tbsp. olive oil to
skillet.

Spread out a large sheet of foil and smear 1 tbsp. olive oil in
the center. Place browned chicken breasts and rosemary on
foil. Fold foil and pinch tight. Place foil packet in skillet and let
cook for 7 minutes, flip packet over with spatula and cook for
another 5 minutes.

Carefully open packet and check chicken for doneness.
Continue cooking if necessary.

You may also add vegetables to the packet if desired.

This recipe is the best one I've found for infusing the rosemary
