Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

1 lb (unwashed but brushed) large mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 hot sausage links (meat removed from casing)
1 cup unseasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated cheese
1-2 garlic cloves minced
salt & pepper to taste

-Saute sausage meat in 2 tbsp oil scramble as you go

-Remove stems from mushrooms and mince them

-Add all ingredients to minced stems including sausage and oil it is cooked in

-Stuff each mushroom cap with mixture

-Place on greased cookie sheet with sides

-Bake 350 for 20 minutes
