4 rib eye steaks (or other top quality Beef)
2 1/2 -3 lbs plum tomatoes- finely chopped
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp parsley

Directions:
Directions:
-In large frying pan or electric skillet saute olive oil, crushed garlic and steaks

-Brown both sides, turning ounce

-Add salt & pepper

-Add chopped tomatoes and cook on medium heat until tomatoes have cooked down and thickened (about 20 minutes)

-Add oregano and parsley

-Boil Rigatoni, drain and mix with some sauce

-Place all in large pasta bowl and sprinkle with parmigiano or ramano cheese
