3 lbs chicken breasts, boiled, boned and skinned.
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
1 tbsp poppy seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs (one sleeve)
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken evenly in 13x9 inch Pyrex dish. Mix soup, sour cream, poppy seeds, salt and pepper in bowl; pour evenly on top of chicken. Sprinkle cracker crumbs evenly on top of chicken. Pour melted butter on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 May make ahead and freeze. If frozen, let sit at room temperature for an hour or so before baking.
