6 boneless chicken breast halves (or 2 packages)
2 packages of frozen broccoli
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 can cream of mushroom
2 tbsp curry powder (or to taste)
1/2 to 2/3 cup mayonnaise
Grated sharp cheese to taste
5 saltine crackers
Salt
Pepper

Boil chicken with salt and pepper. Layer chicken, soup mixture, cheddar cheese, and crumbled crackers. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
