1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 stick oleo
1 cup buttermilk
1T. vanilla
1 heaping T. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Melt oleo.
Mix eggs, nutmeg, sugar and flour until smooth.
Add buttermilk and oleo to mixture.
Pour into 8-9" pie pan.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Place on larger pan in 350 oven for 35 min. until crust is tan.

Do not put in refrigerator. Best eaten right away.

Doubled makes 3 store bought pie shells.
