1/2 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites (unbeaten)
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon and sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and mix well with sugar. Add unbeaten egg whites. Add flour gradually. Add vanilla. Drop batter teaspoonful on cookie sheet. Bake in 350 oven until edges are brown, (about 10 minutes, checking in 5 minutes). Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar while hot.
