1 lb ground beef (or pork sausage)
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 c bread crumbs
2/3 evaporated milk
1/3 tomato paste
3 T water
1/2 oz drained sliced mushrooms
1 cup grated Mozzarello cheese
1/4 tsp oregano
grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
combine beef, garlic salt, bread crumbs and milk in bowl and mix well with fork. Spread meat mixture evenly over bottom of 9" pan, raising rim about 1/2" high. Thin tomato paste with water and spread evenly on meat. Arrange mushrooms on top of tomato paste. Cover with Mozzarello cheese and sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 400º for 20 minutes until lightly browned.
