1 cup of rice
1 Tablespoons of fat
1 medium onion
1 can of tomatoe juice
celery salt
soy sauce
1 or 2 stalks of celery
1 medium green pepper
1 lb. of hamburg
salt
pepper
onion salt
water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown rice in fat. Add onion and celery, green pepper, hamburger. Brown together. Drain. Add tomatoe juice, water, salt, pepper, celery salt, onion salt, and soy sauce to taste. Cook 45 minutes. For stuffed peppers use this for stuffing and add a little more tomatoe juice over the top.
