1 c. sour cream
1 c. butter Crisco
2 c. sugar
2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
4 c. flour



Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Cream butter crisco, add sour cream and sugar. Mix well. Beat in the eggs.
Add vanilla, salt and baking soda. Mix well. Add in flour.

The dough is easier to work with if you put it in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Put flour on the surface and rolling pin. Take small balls of dough and roll out to desired thickness of cookie. Use cookie cutters. Places cookies on greased cookie sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes. After they have cooled frost and decorate.
