1 c. butter flavor Crisco or margarine

1 c. brown sugar

2 eggs or egg replacement

1 c. flour

2 t. baking soda

1 t. salt

2 c. oatmeal

12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the Crisco and brown sugar until creamy; then beat in eggs and vanilla. Slowly put in flour, baking soda, oatmeal and salt. Add the chocolate chips. Spoon cookies onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 12 minutes
