1 medium fryer or 3 chicken breasts
1 onion sliced thin
1 pepper sliced thin
1 package of 12 corn tortillas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can green chiles and tomatoes (Rotel)
1/2 pound shredded cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and shred chicken. Dip tortillas in broth and line a 9x13" greased casserole with them.
Place chicken, onions, peppers on top to this. I
also sprinkle chili and garlic powder on chicken. Add the 2 cans
of soup, undiluted then the green chiles and tomatoes. Last add
cheese. Pour 1/2 cup broth over top and cook uncovered for 1
hour at 350º.
