3 cups sugar
1 cup cooking oil
4 eggs
3 1/3 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2/3 cup water
1 15 oz can pumpkin

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 2 - 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pans. Beat sugar and oil - add eggs and beat well. Combine dry ingredients - alternately add flour mixture - beat on low speed just till combined. Beat in pumpkin. Bake 55 - 65 minutes.
