4 pounds sliced squash
6 tbsp margarine
cream
chicken broth
3 medium onions - chopped
2 cloves fresh garlic - chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in margarine till tender. Add squash, chicken stock to cover squash, cook until tender-crisp. Put small amount in a blender - add cream - blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper.
