Zucchini Pie Recipe

4 c. raw zucchini,
1 1/2 c. butter,
1 c. chopped onion,
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper,
1/4 tsp. each oregano, garlic powder, basil,
2 T. dried parsley flakes,
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese,
2 eggs,
1/2 c. parmesan cheese,
1 1/2 cans crescent rolls,
2 tsp. yellow mustard

Cook zucchini, onion, and all spices in butter until tender. Add eggs and cheeses. Press crescent rolls into a pie plate and brush with mustard.
Add zucchini mixture and bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
