3-cups baked sweet potatoe about 5 potatoes
1-c.-sugar
2- eggs slightly beaten
1/2cup-butter
1-tsp vanilla
1/3 cup milk


TOPPING
1- cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven 350º

mix sweet potatoes and other ing. in large bowl
p.s. for best potatoes rub with oil and bake for one hour on cookie sheet. let cool and peel.

mix topping mix in small bowl when potatoes are about allmost done.
crumble mixture on top of cassarole and bake for 30 more mins.
top with marshmallows and bake til golden brown about 10 mins.
