Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 cups of flour,
4 eggs,
1 teaspoon salt,
1 cup milk,
Half and half cream,

Mix dry ingredients and milk. Add cream to form a soft, but not sticky dough.

Set aside.

2 pounds of hamburger,
minced onion to taste,
salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger and spices. Shape into small patties.

With dough mixture, take a small amount (little smaller than a tennis ball), and roll out with a rolling pin until a thin circle. Place one hamburger patty on the bottom half of the dough circle, fold the top half over the patty, and press with fingers around the patty to form a seal. Cut around the seal with a pizza cutter. Remaining dough may be used for the next one.

Cut around the seal with a pizza cutter, and place in 375 degree deep fryer, frying on each side for four minutes, or until golden brown. Place in a pan in the oven at 300 degrees to ensure that hamburger mixture is well cooked for 30 - 45 minutes.

Repeat steps until hamburger patties and dough mix are gone. If any left over dough, it may be deep fried and sprinkled with powder sugar or a cinnamon/sugar mix.
