1/2 C heavy cream
1/4 C butter - cut up
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C packed light brown sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 C cocoa
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cream & butter in med. saucepan until butter is melted and cream is beginning to boil. Stir in sugars and salt. Cook over med. heat, stirring constantly until sugar dissolved (about 3 min.) Remove from heat, stir with whisk in vanilla and cocoa until blended. Serve or cool and store in frig. Makes about 1 1/4 cup.

Note: If sugar crystals form, add 1 T hot water to sauce when heating.
