8 - 10 flour tortillas
1 can apple pie filling
cinnamon
1 1/2 C sugar
1 1/2 sticks margarine
2 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Fill each tortilla with apple pie filling. Roll enchilada style. Lay seam down in a deep 9 x 13 dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Syrup: Mix sugar, margarine, water and cinnamon. Bring to a boil. Pour syrup over tortillas. Bake 45 min. at 350.

Serve warm with ice cream.
