2 1/4 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 large eggs
1 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Grease a 10x15 jelly roll pan.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. In a large mixer bowl beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time; beat well. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts.

Spread in greased pan.

Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
