1 c. Crisco butter shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs - beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter (smooth)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.

Cream together shortening, sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix together. Add peanut butter and mix together.

Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to shortening mixture to form dough. Shape into walnut size balls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten with fork.

Bake 10-12 minutes.
