9 in. deep dish pie crust
5 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 T. onion flakes
1 T. parsley flakes
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Beat together eggs and milk. Add remaining ingredients, blending well. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake 40 to 50 minutes, until set and golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
