5 lbs of Potatoes
16 oz tub of Sour Cream
2 C Grated Cheddar Cheese
2 Cubes of Butter (melted)
Paprika (if desired)
Chives (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the potatoes with the skin on them until they are tender, about 30-40 minutes - when the fork goes through easily, the potatoes are done.
Drain the water and cool the potatoes for about 30 minutes, then peel the skin off.
Slice the potatoes into thin slices.
Fold together the Sour Cream, Cheddar Cheese and Butter and Potatoes.
Put mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with Paprika and Chives if desired.
Bake covered for about 1 hour at 325º.
