5 pound sirloin roast of beef
2 cups catsup
1 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup Liquore Galliano
2 tbsp Worcestershire
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
-Heat all ingredients together in sauce pan

-Keep hot as needed

-Spread on beef

-Roast beef at 350º for 2 1/2 hours for medium, brushing frequently and liberally

Kitty cooked a roast beef practically every Sunday. Ed made this barbecue sauce for her Christmas roast one year and it was delicious. She never minded help in the kitchen!
