3 oz chocolate squares
3/4 cup butter
1 1/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp baking power
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs- room temperature
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/4 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
-Melt chocolate and butter, cool slightly

-Sift dry ingredients together

-In large bowl, beat eggs and sugar

-Mix in chocolate mixture and vanilla

-Stir in dry ingredients and nuts

-Fill cupcake pan 2/3 of batter

-Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes (depends on size of cupcake pan)

-When slightly cool, top with confectioners sugar
