Onions
Potatoes
Mushrooms
Salt & pepper to taste
Jar of Sweet Vinegar Peppers

Directions:
Directions:
- Brown pork chops in small amount of oil in electric frying pan

-Add thin slices of potatoes and onions

-Place chops on top

-Season with salt & pepper

-Cover and cook until almost tender at 350º in electric frying pan

-Last 10 minutes add sliced mushrooms, vinegar peppers, and small amount of juice from peppers
