1/2 lb beef.
1/2 lb pork.
1 14 ounce can bean sprouts, drained.
1 large stalk celery-cook seperately with about cup of water.
1 4 ounce can mushrooms.
3 large onions.
1 tbsp brown sugar.
2 tbsp soy sauce.
2 tbsp corn starch.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onions, salt and pepper.

Add celery and water; cook 3/4 hour.

Add drained bean sprouts.

Add mushrooms and juice; simmer 15 minutes.

Add brown sugar, soy sauce and corn starch.

Mix; simmer 1 minute.

Serve with rice.
