4 oz cream cheese
1 T butter
3 C powdered sugar
1/4-1/2 t peppermint extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Add food coloring for the desired color. Roll into balls, then squish down with a fork that has been dipped in granulated sugar. Let dry then freeze or refrigerate.
