Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 medium onion
2 garlic cloves
1 T olive oil
4 cooked chicken breasts
2 cans (14 oz) chicken broth
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilis
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp oregano
1 - 1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 cans Northern beans (one can mashed)
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese (optional - but who wouldn't?)

Directions:

In large sauce pan cook onions and garlic in olive oil. Add all the other ingredients. Simmer for 20-30 minutes.
