2 1/2 sticks of butter
3 cups sugar
4 eggs
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp lemon extract

Directions:
DO NOT PREHEAT THE OVEN. The cake does in a cold oven, . . . . thus the name! Grease and flour a bundt pan or a pound cake pan.

Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs - one at a time. Combine flour and baking powder in a separate bowl and add to the mixture alternating with the cup of milk. Add vanilla and lemon extract.

Put in oven for 1 1/2 hours at 300º.
