16 oz. fresh baby carrots
1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. margarine or butter
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Stir well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until carrots are tender, 10-15 minutes. Uncover, cook over medium high heat until almost all liquid has evaporated, about 3 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
