1 cup vegetable oil
2 2/3 cups white sugar
4 eggs
2 cups canned pumpkin
2/3 cup water
3 1/3 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped walnts
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, cream the oil and sugar, beat in eggs, pumpkin, water and vanills. Mix in dry ingredients with the chips and nuts, add and stir. Spoon into 2 greased 5" x 9" loaf pans and bake at 350 for about 1 hour. ( I used 6 small loaf pans, then adjust time to about 30 minutes--use the toothpick test. Nice size to give away)
