1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped celery 1/8 cup butter 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper cayenne to taste cooked shrimp 1 egg 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 5 slices white bread (no crust; cut into pieces) Mushrooms Shredded Cheddar
Mix 1 egg; add mayo and mix well Stir this into shrimp mixture and add all this to 5 slices of bread and stir well Stuff mushrooms top with cheddar cheese
Bake 10 minutes @ 400º
