1 white turkey roll
1 pkg cooked noodles
2 pkg (10oz each) of broccoli either spear or cut.
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup Mayo
2 T Lemon juice
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 cup sharp shredded cheese
1 cup soft bread crumbs
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare 1 white turkey roll as directed, cool & cut into 12 - 15 slices. Boil enough medium noodles, drain and spread over bottom of buttered 9x13 pan. Cook 2 pkg (10oz each) of broccoli either spear or cut. Arrange over noodles.

Place Turkey slices, combine and spread the following:
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup Mayo
2 T Lemon juice
1/2 tsp curry powder
Sprinkle cheese over top
Top with bread crumbs mixed with 2T Melted butter.

Bake 350 for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

Keeps well in warm oven until served
