2 red Chilies grated (or use asian chili sauce to taste)
1 bunch of green onions diced
juice of 2 limes
1 clove garlic diced (or to taste)
1 handful of roughly chopped fresh cilantro
1 red pepper finely chopped
4 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame seed oil
2 chicken breasts scored
150 g egg noodles soaked in boiling water and drained

Directions:

Add all ingredients to large bowl and mix (including noodles and raw chicken-add last). Divide equally onto 2 large pieces of tin foil and seal like an envelope tightly. Place on baking tray and bake for 25 minutes at 400
