3 to 4 lbs. ground turkey or ground beef,
2 large eggs,
1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs,
1 1/3 c. barbecue sauce,
1 tsp. seasoned salt,
2 -3 tsp. liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Combine thoroughly ground turkey or ground beef, eggs, seasoned bread crumbs,barbecue sauce, seasoned salt and liquid smoke in a large mixing bowl.
Pour into a 5-quart baking dish and shape into a loaf. Bake, uncovered at 375 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until done. Serve with fried or baked potatoes.
