2 cups flour,
1 tsp. baking powder,
1 tsp. salt,
1/4 cup butter,
3/4 to 1 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500. Combine all ingredients. Stir dough until it is thick. Flour your hands. Pat out dough. Do not knead. Roll dough into 9 balls and put dough in round pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
