2 bunches broccoli (cut into small pieces) or broccoli and cauliflower mixed
1 small red onion (chopped)
1 lb bacon (fried, drained & broken into pieces)
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup sunflower seeds (optional)

Directions:

Mix mayo sugar & vinegar together and pour over broccoli, onion and bacon. Mix well.
