1 cup flour
2 cups milk
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar and salt together with a whisk. Add flour gradually, beating to make a smooth batter. Add some of the milk to help, then finally the remainder of the milk (it will be a thin batter). Let stand for 20-30 minutes. Fry on a hot griddle or non-stick fry pan.
