Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad Recipe

1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 large head romaine, torn into bite size pieces
1/2 cup coarsley chopped walnuts, toasted

CEARSAR DRESSING:
1 large clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp red wine vineger
2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

-Drizzle the chicken with 2 tbsp olive oil and season with salt and pepper

-Cook over a hot grill, 4 inches from the heat source, about 2 minutes per side

-Heap the romaine on a large platter.

-Top with the grilled chicken and garnish with the toasted walnuts

-In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, Dijon, mayonnaise, vinegar, olive oil, and Parmesan until thick and creamy

-Pour the dressing over the salad, toss to mix, and serve
